Andreas Kempis

Andreas Kempis has been practising as a tax consultant since 2002 and as an auditor since 2012. He qualified as a specialist adviser in international tax law in 2008. Since 2012, he has been a partner at KHS Kempis Kleinlosen & Partner PartG mbB, where he is responsible for tax advisory services and acts as the central point of contact for clients on tax and business matters. Since 2020, he has also served as Managing Director of KHS Audit and Valuation GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
He brings extensive experience in advising medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs, particularly in the areas of corporate restructuring, transactions and international matters. As an auditor, he is also responsible for conducting statutory and voluntary annual audits.
